A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.
For a clear statement of the meaning of the Second Amendment, so people including Esquires and Esquire Politicians understand the meaning of the Second Amendment, the following Definition’s from Webster’s and Black’s Law Dictionary, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Edition, of the words and terms in the Second amendment is presented to a candid world to see.
a: “The word “a” has varying meanings and uses. “a” means “one” or “any,” but less emphatically than either. It may mean one where only one is intended, or it may mean any one of a great number.”
-well: “Old Reports, Good, sufficient, unobjectionable in law; the opposite of “ill.”
-regulated: Regulation. “ The act of regulating; a rule or order prescribed for management or government; a regulating principle”;
-Militia: “The body of citizens in a state, en-rolled for discipline as a military force, but not en-gaged in actual service except in emergencies, as distinguished from regular troops or a standing army.”being : “the quality or state of having existence, (1): something that is conceivable and hence capable of existing (2) : something that actually exists.”(Webster’s)-necessary: “This word must be considered in the connection in which it is used, as it is a word susceptible of various meanings.
